About Nelcore
Nelcore was created to help organizations solve complex operational challenges through practical solutions.
Identify the problem. Build the solution. Improve the outcome.
Experience from the inside
Nelcore's founder has led inside the kinds of organizations we serve: schools, colleges, workforce programs, and nonprofits. That experience shapes how we work. We begin with how the work actually gets done, find where it breaks down, and build the fix with the people who do the job.
Sometimes the answer is a redesigned process. Sometimes it is software, or training, or a funding plan. Often it is a combination. What stays the same is the order: understand first, then build.

Through Nelcore Solutions, Tyler helps schools, nonprofits, government agencies, and businesses build capacity through process improvement, customized software, professional development, and funding strategy. His own experience across K-12 education, higher education, career and technical education, and nonprofit management informs each project: look closely at how the work is done, then build something that fits.
Grant development is one part of that experience. He contributed to more than $1.3 million in K-12 grant funding awarded to the schools he served, and supported funding work for Southeastern Vet to Vet Peer Support, a veteran-serving organization awarded a $750,000 Staff Sergeant Parker Gordon Fox Suicide Prevention Grant by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs in July 2026. These awards were received by those schools and that organization.
